  • Renewal Date: 4/30 every odd-numbered year
  • For Managing Brokers licensed before Feb. 1, 2021:
  • Hours Required: 24 hours
    • 4 hours: Mandatory Core hours

    • 12 hours: Mandatory Broker Management Course
