How to Complete the Mississippi Continuing Education Renewal

Broker Continuing Education Requirements

A Mississippi real estate broker must complete a 16-hour MREC-approved course which consists of the following subjects:

  • 2 hours in License Law
  • 2 hours in Contract Law
  • 4 hours in Agency Law
  • 8 hours of Electives
