New Hampshire Real Estate License Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Posses a Social Security number
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Completion of 40 hours of approved Massachusetts Pre-Licensing Salesperson Education
Steps to Get a New Hampshire Real Estate License
- Complete 40 hours of approved Pre-Licensing education in Massachusetts
- Pass the final exam for the Massachusetts Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course with a minimum score of 75%
- Obtain 3 Candidate Endorsements from individuals not related to you or classmates
- Take and pass the Massachusetts State Real Estate Salesperson Exam with PSI

- Take the New Hampshire state salesperson exam (state portion only)
- Obtain and submit a certificate of good standing
