- 120 hours of pre-licensing education
- 30 hours of office and brokerage management
- 90 hours of approved education courses (can use 90 hours of previously completed pre-licensing education to fulfill this requirement)
Steps to Become a Tennessee Real Estate Broker

- Pass the pre-licensing final exams with a minimum score of 70%
- Register for the state licensing exam administered by PSI
