Requirements to Renew Your Utah Real Estate License

• Complete 18 hours of post-licensing education
• 12-hour New Agent course
• 3-hour Mandatory course

1. Enroll in The CE Shop’s 18-hour post-license course package, which includes:
   • 12-hour New Agent course
   • 3-hour Mandatory course
   • 3 additional hours (either core topic or elective hours)
2. Complete the courses according to Utah Division of Real Estate requirements
3. Pass the post-licensing final exams with a minimum score of 75%
4. The hours for the course will be reported to Pearson Vue, which updates the Utah Division of Real Estate
5. Complete CE by the 15th of the month to ensure hours are banked in time for online license renewal
