When you enroll with the General Pass, you also get 14 days of free access to our full exam prep system, including live class sessions (as a remote student), recordings of previous classes, and the ability to start preparing immediately. Even if you’re just exploring, you’ll get to experience the classroom before committing to a schedule. After the trial, access continues for just $19.99/month until you’re ready to take your official class.

Because we build our class schedules based on real student demand — not arbitrary calendars — our sessions take place in different locations and formats depending on what works best for our students. That means we may only have one or two fixed-date classes listed at a time. The General Enrollment option ensures you don’t miss out while we gather student preferences and create new classes around your availability.

Being our featured classes are real estate related in the state of Florida, we strive to provide the best quality education and resources designed to accel our students to pass not only the pre-license exam, but the state exam and renewal exams as well. As for the pre-license solution, we offer in person and remote classes, we also offer an online solution for those looking for a more self paced environment. We design the class and resources so that student have a clear path on what they will be tested on so they can make the most out of the experience, ultimately preparing them for the exam effectively like no other school can. For those who take the online course version, they also are given access to past classes that they may watch on their own time and are given the same resources so they don’t miss out or feel as if the online course puts them at a disadvantage.
