My Course Has Expired, What Can I Do?

If your course has expired and you need additional time to complete it, you have the option to purchase a 30-day extension for $99. To request this extension, please contact us either by calling (407) 251-0051 or by emailing us at info@cameronacademy.com.

Upon contacting us we will confirm your course is eligible for extension.
We will then email you an invoice to be paid in full.
A 30 day extension will be applied to your course.

Our team will assist you with the necessary steps to continue your learning journey.

How Long Do I Have To Wait Before I Can Retake A Failed Exam.

If you need to retake a failed real estate exam, there is a mandatory waiting period of 30 days.

You will be immediately enrolled into a RET (retake) course when you fail your first attempt.
You will receive an email with instructions and the password required for access.
The Exam will automatically be enabled 30 day after your failed attempt date.

This interval allows for adequate time to review and better prepare for the exam on your next attempt. It’s important to utilize this period effectively to improve your understanding of the material and increase your chances of success.

How long does it take to become a realtor in the state of Florida?

The process of becoming a real estate professional in the state of Florida takes around 2 to 3 months. The first step is to complete a 63-hour pre-license course approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

After completing this course, you will need to pass the state licensing exam, which must be taken at an approved test site. Once you have passed the exam, you will need to submit an application and pay the necessary fees in order to receive a real estate license.

After that, you must complete 14 hours of continuing education each year in order to keep your license active. Additionally, you may need to join a real estate board if required by your locality.
