Delaware Real Estate License Requirements
To become a licensed Delaware Real Estate Salesperson, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Complete 99 hours of Commission-approved pre-licensing education
- Pass the final exam with a minimum of 80%
- Pass the Delaware Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam administered by PearsonVue
- Submit a Salesperson License Application and all supporting documents, including a criminal background check
- Obtain Errors and Omissions Insurance
- Pay all required license fees
