Hawaii Real Estate License Requirements
- Citizenship or Residency: The candidate should be a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien.
- Age: The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Competency: The candidate must have a reputation for or a record of competency, honesty, truthfulness, financial integrity, and fair dealing.
- Note that meeting these requirements does not guarantee that the candidate will be granted a license. Steps to Get a Hawaii Real Estate License
