In a significant legal development, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has dismissed the appeal by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regarding the vacated amendments to its Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP) Examination Manual.
