- For Managing Brokers licensed before Feb. 1, 2021:
- Hours Required: 24 hours
- 4 hours: Mandatory Core hours

- 1 hour: IDFPR-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
- 12 hours: Mandatory Broker Management Course
- For Managing Brokers licensed between Feb 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023:
- Hours Required: 12 hours
- 4 hours: Mandatory Core hours
- 8 hours: Elective hours
- 1 hour: IDFPR-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
- Max Hours in a 24-Hour Period: No more than 12 hours of continuing education per day
