  • Renewal Date: 4/30 every odd-numbered year
  • For Managing Brokers licensed before Feb. 1, 2021:
  • Hours Required: 24 hours
    • 4 hours: Mandatory Core hours
    • 8 hours: Elective hours
    • 1 hour: IDFPR-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
    • 12 hours: Mandatory Broker Management Course
  • For Managing Brokers licensed between Feb 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023:

    • 8 hours: Elective hours
    • 1 hour: IDFPR-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
  • Max Hours in a 24-Hour Period: No more than 12 hours of continuing education per day
