Real Estate License Renewal Requirements Louisiana

  • Renewal Date: 12/31 of each year
  • Hours Required: 12 hours annually
    • 4 Mandatory hours
    • 8 Elective hours

  • First Delinquent Renewal Period: October 1, 2022 – November 15, 2022 ($50 delinquent fee for active and inactive licensees)
  • Second Delinquent Renewal Period: November 16, 2022 – December 31, 2022 ($50 delinquent fee for inactive licensees; $200 delinquent fee for active licensees)

Steps for Louisiana License Renewal
