- Long-Term Care Training: One-time 8-hour training course and 4-hour ongoing training every 24 months
- Flood Insurance Training: One-time 3-hour course
Steps to Renew a Massachusetts Insurance License

- Pass the closed book online certification exam with a minimum score of 70%
