Real Estate License Renewal Requirements Nebraska

  • Renewal Date: 11/30 every two years
  • Hours Required: 18 hours
    • 6 hours Designated Subject hours (or 6 hours of Broker approved training)
    • 12 hours Elective hours
  • No duplication of CE elective courses within four years (exceptions apply for “R” courses)
