North Dakota Real Estate License Requirements

  • Be a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or GED

Steps to Get a North Dakota Real Estate License

  1. Complete and submit the Real Estate License Application, Criminal History Record Check Request form, and the required fees to the North Dakota Real Estate Commission
