The Exam Prep subscription provided by Cameron Academy offers access to a variety of exam preparation materials, including but not limited to practice exams, study guides, and interactive learning tools. The subscription is valid for a period as specified at the time of purchase. Access to the materials will be terminated upon the expiry of the subscription period. The subscription fee is due in full at the time of purchase. Refunds for the Exam Prep subscription are generally not provided once access to the materials has been granted. However, under exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered. To request a refund, subscribers must email info@cameronacademy.com detailing their request and the reason for the refund. The decision to approve a refund is at the sole discretion of Cameron Academy. Subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the Exam Prep materials. Sharing of accounts or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the subscription without a refund. Cameron Academy endeavors to keep the Exam Prep materials up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the materials in relation to the current examination standards. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to use the Exam Prep materials effectively. Cameron Academy is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise from the use or inability to use the Exam Prep materials.

Cameron Academy Refund Policy
1. Overview
Cameron Academy offers a range of self-paced certification and licensing courses for various professions. Our courses are designed to be flexible and accessible, with varying expiration dates for student access upon purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within seven calendar days of the course purchase date.
The student has not started any lessons in the course.
The request includes the student’s full name, username, and proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Any payment processing fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once a student has begun any lessons, the fees become non-refundable.
